The OSCE Study on Advancing Energy Security in Central Asia offers a comprehensive analysis of existing and emerging energy security challenges and opportunities for the five OSCE participating States in the region. The Study is available in English and Russian and is based on an assessment carried out in the framework of OSCE mandate on energy security in close collaboration with regional energy experts and public and private stakeholders.
