The guidebook on “A Whole-of-Society Approach to Preventing and Countering Violent Extremism and Radicalization That Lead to Terrorism- A Guidebook for Central Asia” is one in a series of technical guidebooks produced by the Transnational Threat Department/ Action against Terrorism Unit and focuses on the challenges in developing and implementing effective programmes to prevent and counter VERLT in Central Asia. The Catalogue contains 3.134 Albanian names and 530 Albanian surnames with their proper inscriptions in Albanian and in Serbian languages respectively, and in Cyrillic script. It was developed by the Ministry of Public Administration and Local Self-Government in partnership with the Government of Serbia Coordination Body for the Municipalities of Preševo, Bujanovac and Medveđa, the National Council of the Albanian National Minority and the OSCE Mission to Serbia. The Catalogue will aid administrative staff working in hospitals, maternity wards and birth registries, who are in direct contact with Albanian language native speakers, to accurately inscribe their personal names in both Albanian and Serbian languages, in official documents, thus contributing to a more effective application of the right to a personal name and its inscription in a minority language. Available only in Albanian and Serbian language.

This Handbook focuses on the importance of investigative phase of the criminal procedure, at the same time pointing out potential flows in legal framework related to investigation, specifically Article 133 of the Criminal Procedure Code. Namely, legislator focuses only on legal definition of the investigation, neglecting its criminalistics aspects. Primary purpose of this Handbook is to provide comprehensive guidance in the field of criminalistics, thus enabling public prosecutors to accomplish their primary task of detecting and prosecuting criminal offenders. The publication is available in Serbian only.
