Methodology manual for trainers of the training “How to Effectively Plan and Conduct Dialogue”

The methodology manual is designed to assist dialogue practitioners in training people from different backgrounds on skills and techniques for managing conflict situations, establishing mutual understanding, planning and conducting dialogue. The training itself complements the online course of that name developed by the OSCE Project Co-ordinator in Ukraine.

The training materials are designed to facilitate learning of representatives of local government, self-government bodies and civil society on how to plan, organize and conduct discussions, meetings, consultations to resolve problems and conflict situations of local importance. The publication includes theoretical background, practical exercises and cases dealing with dialogue approaches and tools for developing and implementing collaborative decisions in communities in the most effective and engaging way.
