The paper aims to leverage off of the strengths and successes of established but disparate anti-THB financial investigatory practices, developed across the OSCE participating States, to raise awareness of the strategic value of financial investigations and the resources available, and to help create a more harmonised approach that can contribute to mainstreaming of financial investigations across the OSCE region.

The report aims to assist Local Self-Governance Units (LGUs) in limiting the space for corruption in the provision of support to civil society organizations (CSOs) at the local level. It is based on the OSCE’s comprehensive monitoring of public financial management, questionnaire responses, and interviews conducted with representatives of 20 LGUs in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The Law on Prohibition of Discrimination (LPD) was adopted by the Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) Parliamentary Assembly in 2009. It was subsequently amended in 2016, with the goal of strengthening BiH mechanisms designed to fight discrimination, particularly against persons of vulnerable social categories.

“Analysis of Judicial Response to Discrimination Challenges in Bosnia and Herzegovina” is the first document which offers a qualitative analysis of judgements in anti-discrimination lawsuits in Bosnia and Herzegovina and shows trends in judicial implementation of the Law on Prohibition of Discrimination. The document quotes a large number of key sections of reasons provided for the adoption of the judgements, and it may serve not only as training material for judges and lawyers, but also as guidance to judicial professionals and relevant non-governmental organisations in their work in the field of the fight against discrimination.

The purpose of this Manual is to help strengthening capacities of judges and prosecutors in Bosnia and Herzegovina to recognize criminal offence of trafficking in human beings, effectively prosecute and punish offenders while ensuring protection of victims. The Manual is not available in English- Bosnian language version only. However the Manual content is presented in both Latin and Cyrillic alphabet respectively.

The main objective of the ARC Project, fully consistent with the priorities set by the BiH Strategy for the Fight against Corruption 2015-2019, is to support the host country’s judiciary in enhancing the effectiveness of judicial response to corruption in compliance with international standards and practices. A Case Law Compendium in Trafficking in Human Beings is primarily intended for legal practitioners such as prosecutors and judges but also for those who deal with issues on trafficking in human beings as part of their scientific or similar interests.

The purpose of this module is to help legal trainers in Bosnia and Herzegovina to develop and conduct training activities aimed at strengthening capacities of judges and prosecutors to recognize criminal offence of trafficking in human beings, effectively prosecute and punish offenders while ensuring protection of victims. It is not available in English.
