In the framework of its “Family Crime Prevention” project, the PCUz developed a toolkit for the judiciary on the methodology of working with victims of domestic violence and with potential offenders to protect the rights of victims to handle domestic violence cases more efficiently. The toolkit determines what domestic violence is, what its specific signs and patterns are. This toolkit covers international standards and national legislation to counter domestic violence, women's access to justice and specific court cases along with international good practices on tackling domestic violence. Available in Uzbek and Russian languages.

The Study on the Use of Languages and Scripts of National Minorities in Courts and Prosecutor’s Offices in the Republic of Serbia explores the implementation of selected HCNM Graz Recommendations on Access to Justice and National Minorities in Serbia. The Study, covering the period of 2016 – 2018, examines the use of languages and scripts of national minorities in basic, higher, misdemeanour courts, and basic and higher prosecutor’s offices and contains a series of recommendations regarding the improvement of the current situation. In 2019, the OSCE Mission to Skopje together with the Coalition ‘All for Fair Trials’ implemented trial monitoring activities focused on criminal cases in the field of organised crime and corruption. The Analysis of the data obtained from the monitored trials provides a deeper insight into the implementation of the Law on Criminal Procedure in the organized crime and corruption cases and offers recommendations for future interventions and reforms directed towards strengthened judicial system in the Republic of North Macedonia which, in turn, should lead towards increased public trust in the judiciary.
