The booklet on “Women’s Inheritance Rights” is designed to raise awareness among the general public, including women from rural communities and relevant institutions about women’s inheritance rights. Based on the feedback received during the Mission’s workshops on women’s property rights in 2021 and 2022, the Mission gathered a series of common issues in the implementation of women’s inheritance rights. The booklet responds to these issues by explaining the legal framework in a simplified and relatable manner, illustrating them through sample cases in the format of frequently asked questions and informing affected women, family members and civil society organizations about actions they can take to protect and enforce women’s inheritance rights.

This Guide has been developed within the framework of the project implemented by the OSCE Mission to Moldova "Strengthening policies, measures and access to damage recovery to support victims and prevent exploitation on both banks of the Dniester River". The basic objective of the Guide is to raise awareness among the judiciary on the application of the restorative justice model and to contribute to the implementation of the provisions of the normative framework in accordance with the Law No. 137/2016 on the rehabilitation of victims of crime, in order to protect and ensure respect for their rights and legitimate interests. The guide is a materialized continuation of the seminars for prosecutors and judges in the field, organized by the National Institute of Justice in partnership with the OSCE Mission to Moldova. This Guide is intended to be used as a specialized training support for the National Institute of Justice's audience, as well as in the process of continuous professional training of judges, prosecutors and lawyers in the segment of victims' rights protection and restorative justice. The Guide is available in Russian and Romanian.

This organizational resilience Guidance Tool is designed to be used by leaders and staff of national human rights institutions (NHRIs). Drawing on the experience of NHRIs around the world, it aims to help NHRIs build and maintain long-term resilience and to respond to threats. Part I examines the importance of organizational resilience and provides advice on the areas NHRIs can focus on to strengthen the resiliency of their institutions. Part II discusses crisis management for NHRIs under threat and suggests some practical ways of responding to pressure and attacks.

This guide also highlights key considerations necessary for establishing trauma-informed policy and response within the military.

The OSCE report ‘The Right to Effective Representation in Criminal Proceedings and the Ex Officio Appointment System’ provides insight into standards of criminal defence representation and the functioning of the ex officio appointment system in Kosovo. The report covers the period 2020 to 2021, and uses surveys with legal practitioners together with findings from OSCE trial monitoring to assess some of the challenges and barriers to effective criminal defence representation in Kosovo.
