This manual available in Serbian language was designed to assist judges/trainers in teaching the standardized course ”Application of the European Convention on Human Rights and the Case Law of the European Court of Human Rights in Administrative Justice”. The publication aims to better acquaint the judges and judicial assistant of the Administrative Court with the case law of the European Court of Human Rights and the resulting standards, given the challenges they face due to the wide jurisdiction of the Administrative Court, large influx of cases and lack of time to independently investigate this practice and it will be used as a part of the educational material for Serbian Administrative Court’s judges and judicial assistants.

The purpose of the report,commissioned by the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR), was to identify patterns of structural, cultural and direct violence against women in politics, backed by personal experience of respondents, to analyze public and media discourse relating to women politicians and provide factual basis for further analyses and action in addressing violence against women in politics. The OSCE Mission to Serbia supported publishing of the report.

Guidelines for youth mainstreaming contains practical tools for everyday operationalization of youth inclusion principle. In addition to theoretical framework on youth policies, it’s content is divided in three modes: Enthusiast, Hero and All-star, representing different layers of possible interventions throughout project cycle management and on a strategic level.
