The Guidebook is focused on several aspects, in particular the phenomenon of electronic communication and replacement of the conventional system of stream data with a new one, which enables the transfer of large scale data in a faster and more efficient way. The Guidebook is not intended to give step by step instructions, but the idea is to offer a useful tool- a guide that contains terms facilitating the identification of tools committing this type of crime, and the type of provided evidence in a correct way, which would facilitate the process of proof. The Guidebook is primarily targeting prosecutors, but it has been made available also to the criminal law judges and defence attorneys as well.

The collection of papers, edited by the Mission to Serbia, is covering topics such as the main hearing, presentation of evidence during the main hearing, cross examination and presentation of evidence, as well as the role of the main hearing in conducting a trial within reasonable time. The authors are judicial experts from throughout the region. The publication, printed in 2015, aims at focusing the attention on different comparative law solutions and experiences in conducting the criminal proceedings in adversarial systems. This is the fourth publication edited by the OSCE Mission to Serbia, on criminal procedure reform in the region. Not available in English.

The guide on organizations which provide social services to children and their families was developed by the Children's Support Centre with the support of the OSCE Office in Yerevan. It is based on mapping of all social services in the country and includes information on 236 public organizations, 23 foundations, 3 associations and 10 services provided by 8 church units. This analysis of the practical application of pretrial detention, as well as of the theoretical legal framework laid down in the Criminal Procedure Code1 of 2010 (hereinafter referred to as CPC 2010), which introduced conceptual reforms of national criminal procedure legislation, introducing elements typical of accusatorial systems, is the result of the cooperation between the Macedonian Association of Criminal Law and Criminology and the OSCE Mission to Skopje Rule of Law Department. The information in the analysis refer to the first nine months of enforcement of the CPC 2010, namely to the period between 1 December 2013 and 31 August 2014, and to four basic courts (Bitola, Gostivar, Skopje and Shtip). The publication is in English, Macedonian and Albanian languages.

It is designed to serve as a reference tool for judges and lawyers.
