The guidebook “The public in the criminal procedure”, prepared by the OSCE Mission to Skopje and the Public Prosecutors Association, provides journalists with useful tips on how to effectively report on court proceedings. The publication gives an overview of all phases of the new criminal procedure, including the competences of all actors in the process,, exceptions to the right of the public to be present at trial hearing, the role of journalists in objective and accurate reporting of trials, and their accountability.

The research report contains results of a survey of discrimination in job advertisements. It was conducted based on a sample of 988 advertisements, published in four daily newspapers and one web portal from 15 April to 15 September 2013. The research is the first of its kind in the country and has several benefits.

An OSCE-supported analysis of the existing public procurement legislation identifies common irregularities and gaps that may be misused for corruption purposes, and provides recommendations on how to improve the public procurement system with the aim of preventing corruption. This report was presented to the Serbian Parliament members in 2009. It is not available in English.

The collection of typical money laundering methods in Serbia is a comprehensive document covering typical money launderers’ behaviour in various business sectors in Serbia. The OSCE-supported publication aims to contribute to a better understanding of the money laundering phenomenon in general and specifically its manifestations in Serbia, and how to identify suspicious activities. The study was published in 2012.
