The Commentary on the Criminal Code of Turkmenistan includes a comprehensive explanation of the Code’s content and terminology as well as detailed legal interpretations of its provisions (article-by-article) in light of other provisions of the Code, other relevant pieces of national legislation of Turkmenistan and international treaties which Turkmenistan is a party to. The Commentary is drafted with a view to support the national rule of law system and promote its transparency, raise awareness and discussions about proper enforcement of the Criminal Code of Turkmenistan, as well as further improve the administration of criminal justice in the country. The Commentary is intended to help a wide range of stakeholders, including (a) legal practitioners when applying the Criminal Code of Turkmenistan; (b) teachers from different high educational institutions when explaining the Code to students; (c) the Parliament and other institutions involved in the legislative process and in bringing the national legislation in line with relevant international standards.

The BiH War Crime Case Map is an interactive tool developed by the OSCE Mission to Bosnia and Herzegovina aimed at enhancing transparency and public trust in the processing of war crimes. The Mission monitors and reports on war crimes proceedings to provide an objective and accurate assessment of the ability of the judicial system to deal with war crimes in an effective, human rights compliant and expeditious manner.

This manual, available in Serbian language, serves as a teaching tool for university students participating in the legal clinics’ programme.
