This manual, available in Serbian language, serves as a teaching tool for university students participating in the legal clinics’ programme. It helps them develop interviewing skills necessary for work with the beneficiaries. The Network of Legal Clinics in Serbia published the manual in 2010 with the support of the OSCE Mission to Serbia.

An OSCE-supported analysis of the existing public procurement legislation identifies common irregularities and gaps that may be misused for corruption purposes, and provides recommendations on how to improve the public procurement system with the aim of preventing corruption. The collection of typical money laundering methods in Serbia is a comprehensive document covering typical money launderers’ behaviour in various business sectors in Serbia. The OSCE-supported publication aims to contribute to a better understanding of the money laundering phenomenon in general and specifically its manifestations in Serbia, and how to identify suspicious activities. The study was published in 2012.

The Guide was developed by the Regional Aarhus Centre Subotica with the Mission’s assistance in order to address lack of knowledge on the content and rights defined by the Law on Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) among the civil society and business community. The bilingual Guide (in Serbian and Hungarian) provides guidelines to the rights for public engagement and other legal requirements related to practical implementation of the Law and is intended primarily for citizens, journalists, CSOs but also for investors and representatives of local authorities.

The Green Address Book is a user-friendly manual containing contacts of institutions holding information relevant for the environmental security of communities in Vojvodina when environmental rights are violated. This database contains phone and fax numbers, e-mail addresses and web sites of institutions responsible for environmental protection at municipal, provincial and national levels. The purpose of this guide is to raise public awareness of possibilities for their active engagement in resolving environmental concerns by addressing competent institutions.
