The guide on organizations which provide social services to children and their families was developed by the Children's Support Centre with the support of the OSCE Office in Yerevan. It is based on mapping of all social services in the country and includes information on 236 public organizations, 23 foundations, 3 associations and 10 services provided by 8 church units. The Handbook prepared by the Journalists for the Future NGO with the support of the OSCE Office in Yerevan refers to the international principles of the Internet governance, rights of personal and family life in cyberspace, legal side of cybercrimes, international cyber attacks and wiretapping, as well as, the legislative and legal situation of Russian domains. It also includes the results of the survey on the "Protection of Online Security Rules in Armenia" conducted among 50 media and civil society representatives of Armenia. The report prepared by the Unison NGO with the support of the OSCE Office in Yerevan explores the main obstacles encountered by people with special needs in accessing Armenia’s higher education system and suggests recommendations. It is based on opinions of students with and without disabilities, administrative and academic staff of higher education institutions and young persons with disabilities, as well as the general public. Twenty-nine universities in Yerevan, Gyumri and Vanadzor were included in the survey which was conducted during September-November 2014. Available in Armenian.

It aims to examine how mainstream media uses social media and to what extent social media impacts the quality of reporting.
