This practical guide is designed to assist authorities at different levels in improving the management of fishing areas and enforcing the Law on the Protection and Sustainable Use of Fish Stocks. It provides a comprehensive overview of the legal framework for prosecuting illegal fishing activities, highlights best practices for effective fishing area management and outlines mechanisms to ensure compliance with environmental regulations. The guide offers clear procedures for identifying and addressing irregularities, as well as judicial measures for handling violations. Additionally, it contains different case studies and recommendations for strengthening inter-agency co-operation and enhancing co-ordination in the implementation of fish stock protection measures. Women have significantly weaker political positions than men in terms of political engagement and influence in both wealthy countries and developing regions. Women from non-majority communities often experience dual discrimination based on both their gender and ethnicity. This disadvantaged position is similarly observed among women from non-majority communities in North Macedonia. This study aims to offer a comprehensive examination of the levels and circumstances surrounding the political participation of women from non-majority communities in North Macedonia, emphasizing the multifaceted inequalities faced by community women in their attempts to join political and public life. The study employs a blend of quantitative and qualitative research methods, encompassing primary data collection through a field survey involving 1002 respondents and six interviews and secondary data analysis. The report is available in English, Macedonian, Albanian, Bosnian, Romani, Serbian, Turkish and Vlach languages.

The second brochure on the application of the Administrative Procedural and Process-Related Code (APPC) was developed with support of the OSCE Programme Office in Astana to raise legal awareness of state officials on how to work with citizens' appeals. The brochure contains concise information what is an administrative case, why an administrative case is needed, what are the deadlines for considering appeals, how to examine the actual circumstances of an administrative case, how to resolve an applicant’s issue, how to work with regulations, what are the purposes of hearing, what needs to be done after the hearing and how to justify the administrative act.
