The Mission, together with the National Anti-Trafficking Commission, the Bureau for Development of Education, the Skopje-based NGO Open Gate ‒ La Strada, and UNITAS Fund Serbia, launched the #OpenYourEyes campaign aiming to raise awareness of the dangers of human trafficking among young people through the use of new technologies.

The first Youth Strategy of the Municipality of Kichevo 2017-2022 was developed by the Kichevo Youth Council with the support of the OSCE Mission to Skopje. The strategy, which was unanimously adopted by the Kichevo Municipal Council on 23 November 2016, is an advocacy document that aims to establish the strategic commitment of the Municipality of Kichevo and the municipality’s Youth Council to work on the promotion of youth issues.

Age, Contact, Perceptions: How Schools Shape Relations Between Ethnicities

A study carried out by among 4,000 students from 40 secondary schools countrywide in 2009. This study focuses primarily on the role of schools in shaping perceptions and the development of awareness of other ethnic groups, of positive and negative feelings towards other ethnic groups, as well as on teachers' comments about other ethnic communities and students' views of the causes of tensions among ethnic groups in schools.
