This manual is intended for high school students in Bosnia and Herzegovina who wish to participate in the operation and construction of the student councils in their schools. In every society, young members of the community should provide a form or a system through which the young, by working together, could meet and promote their needs and interests as well as rights and obligations. It is student councils in high schools students that represent a model for high school students to provide them with such opportunities. Available only in Bosnian, Croatian and Serbian.
