During his visit in September 2019, OSCE Secretary General Thomas Greminger met representatives of the mediators and observers involved in the Transdniestrian Settlement Process, as well as members of the international community and civil society in the country and the staff of the OSCE Mission to Moldova. OSCE Secretary General Thomas Greminger travelled to Moldova on 17- 19 September 2019. During his trip he met with Moldovan President Igor Dodon, Bashkan of Gagauzia Irina Vlah, Transdniestrian leader Vadim Krasnoselsky and other high level officials.
