Many youth organizations, members of the European Youth Forum, work on preventing and countering violent extremism. What is remarkable is how young people decide to address the issue: through activities on community cohesion rather than security, creatively through art and in a peer-to-peer format, explains Johanna Nyman, president of the European Youth Forum.
