Serbian minority youth succeed in OSCE-supported internships

The OSCE Mission to Serbia, with the financial support of the UK Embassy in Belgrade, supported an internship programme in Serbian state institutions for young men and women from Serbian minority communities. The internship programme was developed by the Mission in partnership with the Ministry for Human and Minority Rights, Public Administration and Local Self Government.

Interns and their mentors pose for a photo at the closing ceremony of the six-month internship programme. A key outcome of the project was to encourage young men and women from minority communities to apply for positions in Serbia’s public administration.
