As delivered at a conference organized by the OSCE/ODIHR and the OSCE Presence in Albania on increasing participation of women, national minorities and persons with disabilities in electoral processes.

The Permanent Council adopted Decision No. 1353 on the extension of the mandate of the OSCE Mission to Serbia. The Permanent Council adopted Decision No. 1354 on the extension of the mandate of the OSCE Mission to Montenegro. The Permanent Council adopted Decision No. 1355 on the extension of the mandate of the OSCE Presence in Albania. Russia’s ongoing aggression against Ukraine and illegal occupation of Crimea.
