From 25 to 27 October 2021, the OSCE Mission to Montenegro organized an online training course on gender aspects in investigative journalism.

On 1 October 2021, the OSCE Mission to Montenegro donated technical equipment to the Department for Gender Equality within the Ministry of Justice, Human and Minority Rights. The OSCE Mission to Montenegro has supported the NGO Safe Women’s House to increase its shelter capacities for survivors of domestic and gender-based violence, by providing a prefabricated house in June 2021. On 24 August, Siv-Katrine Leirtroe, Acting Head of the Mission, visited the shelter.
