COPENHAGEN, 22 April 1997-- The Chairman-in-Office of the OSCE, Danish Foreign Minister Niels Helveg Petersen, said the need for funds for elections in Bosnia and Herzegovina is urgent and firm pledges for contributions are needed as soon as possible.
