VIENNA, 26 March 1997-- Mr. Gérard Stoudmann of Switzerland has been appointed as Director of the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights today by the OSCE Chairman-in-Office.

VIENNA, 22 February 1995-- A group of human rights experts from the OSCE is travelling to Moscow for two days of talks on the human rights situation in the Chechen Republic.
