Role of the Judiciary in Overcoming the Challenges of War. International Judicial Conference

The event will gather representatives of international organizations and government agencies, international experts, judges, academics, and civil society representatives. During the first day of the conference, participants will discuss the role of the judiciary during the war and post-war reconstruction, challenges posed by the war, the procedure for implementing the case-law of the Supreme Court in national legal system, and other issues. The second day of the conference will be devoted to the role of legal education in the development of justice in Ukraine.
