Effective and Human Rights-Compliant Policing: Train-the-Trainer Course

The training is organized by the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) in co-operation with the Academy of the Ministry of Interior of Bulgaria. The course involves police trainers, including staff from the Academy and police schools in Bulgaria. The participants will subsequently be engaged in training law enforcement officials in Bulgaria.
The course is part of the Academy's project “Capacity building of police officers working in multi-ethnic environment, including Roma communities, and prevention of ill-treatment by the police”, implemented in partnership with ODIHR. The upcoming training session follows a similar one held from 7 to 10 June 2021.
The events will be conducted in Bulgarian and English, with simultaneous interpretation.
