This four-day webinar for a selective group of 20 civic activists and community leaders from the OSCE region will jumpstart their entrance into the public sector and politics by increasing their engagement in these fields. The programme will offer participants critical skills and knowledge to take a leap into public leadership and politics, while developing their abilities to shape and strengthen democratic processes and institutions in their respective countries. The course will provide participants with the opportunity to establish a regional network of democratically-minded leaders, ready to take on greater responsibility to improve political culture and stronger leadership within the OSCE area. It will also involve participants in a discussion about the direction of political leadership in the OSCE participating States.
“United 4 Change” programme will be followed with a two-day online visit to the Warsaw Security Forum in October 2021.
