Bloc-ed cooperation? Ft. Lamberto Zannier, OSCE Secretary-General

The Ukraine crisis and now the downing of Russia's jet by Turkey have shaken the foundations of stability in Europe. As geopolitics become increasingly multidimensional, the need for effective conflict avoidance mechanisms is more pressing than ever.  Is the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe still a relevant factor in that pursuit, and could it help build an inclusive security model that would ensure lasting stability in Europe? Oksana is joined by Lamberto Zannier, the Secretary-General of the OSCE, to explore these issues.
