The OSCE Mission in Kosovo and the Kosovo Ministry for Culture, Youth and Sport will organize a conference on youth participation in decision-making for central and local youth actions councils and municipal and civil society representatives.
The conference participants will assess progress achieved with the establishment of central and local youth action councils, as recommended at the initial youth conference in April 2011. They will also review a draft 2012 strategy and action plan for the Central Youth Action Council.
During 2011, the OSCE Mission in Kosovo helped to establish and train a number of youth action councils across Kosovo that promote and advocate youth interests with central and local level institutions.
