Forum on property and housing rights in Kosovo

The OSCE Mission in Kosovo will organize a forum on property and housing rights for representatives of all communities living in Kosovo, relevant ministries and the Kosovo Property Agency.    The aim of the forum is to identify necessary improvements to the current legal and policy framework, as well as solutions to outstanding issues related to land expropriation, regularization of informal settlements, and prevention of illegal occupation.    The OSCE Mission in Kosovo is mandated with human and community rights protection and promotion, democratization, and public safety sector development.
