High Commissioner Knut Vollebaek will visit Georgia, including Abkhazia and South Ossetia, to assess the inter-ethnic situation in the two regions.
He will investigate the minority rights situation in the areas affected by the recent armed conflict, focussing on the right to mother tongue education, property rights and the right of free movement.
