High Commissioner will visit Romania, where he will meet senior government officials, including the Foreign Minister, the President of the Chamber of Deputies, members of parliament and representatives of national minorities.
He will also visit the Babes-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca where he will deliver a lecture on education for democracy, pluralism and citizenship.
