The OSCE High Commissioner on National Minorities (HCNM), Knut Vollebaek, will travel to Russia for meetings with government officials, lawmakers and non-governmental organizations.
His discussions will focus on the situation of national minorities in the OSCE region, inter-ethnic relations in the Russian Federation and ideas for joint Russia-HCNM initiatives.
