The forum will focus on the efficiency of budget initiative groups and their ability to promote transparency in local budgeting. It will also provide an opportunity to share the results of an OSCE project supporting municipalities in combating corruption.
Budget initiative groups aim to promote interaction among representatives of civil society, local authorities and self-governing bodies to improve the budget process within the framework of the OSCE project.
