Study tour to Georgia

The OSCE Centre in Bishkek supports the Kyrgyz law enforcement agencies to go to the five-day study tour to Georgia enhancing their capacities to effectively combat and prevent corruption in the public sector.
Ten officials from the Kyrgyz Defence council, General Prosecutor’s office, Prime-minister’s office, Anticorruption service of the State committee of national security and the State service for combatting economic crimes will exchange experience, build networks and improve inter-agency co-operation in fight against corruption between the responsible agencies of the Kyrgyz Republic and Georgia.
Delegation members will learn Georgia’s experience in dismantling corruption schemes in the public service, its anticorruption legislation and strategic policy documents. Besides, it is expected that the study tour participants will raise the most important and actual issues in anticorruption area in the Kyrgyz Republic for practical use and implementation in their daily work.
