This event will present the findings of a project supported by the OSCE Office in Yerevan and implemented by the Chamber of Advocates on third-party interventions in domestic and international litigation. The aim of the project was to contribute to the effectiveness of judicial decisions through preparation of amicus curiae briefs and building the capacity of lawyers and human-rights defenders in preparing such briefs.

Participants will focus on the practice of submitting amicus curiae briefs to the Constitutional Court.
