The Office covers all aspects of OSCE activities in the politico-military, the economic and environmental and the human dimensions:

• Legislative reform, such as elections, freedom of assembly, media and anti-trafficking
• Parliamentary oversight over the armed forces
• Capacity building of the National Assembly and Yerevan municipality staff
• Combating corruption
• Freedom of the media
• Police assistance programme
• Promotion of environmental conventions (Aarhus convention)
• Assisting the Ombudsperson's institution
• Human rights and gender awareness and education
• Anti-trafficking
• Labour migration

The Office does not deal with the Nagorno Karabakh conflict, enquiries may be directed to the OSCE Secretariat's Press and Public Information Section.

Head of Office

The Head of the Office is Ambassador Sergey Kapinos of the Russian Federation, who took up his post on 1 October 2007.
