Initial identification of child victims of trafficking: a literature-review of guidance and tools
This report aims to contribute to enhancing the capacity of Ukrainian institutions and other relevant actors to properly identify, refer and assist children who are (presumed or actual) victims of trafficking in full compliance with the fundamental rights that they are entitled to. It presents a summarized review of available at the international, regional and national level in the OSCE area literature on standards, guidelines and practical tools set out and developed to enable and foster the identification of trafficked children.
