Staff composition
The Co-ordinator's office consists of the Co-ordinator, Ambassador Madina Jarbussynova of Kazakhstan, two international staff and approximately fifty locally-recruited staff. The size of the Co-ordinator's international and national expert and technical staff varies depending on the needs of projects.

On 18 June 2012, Ambassador Madina Jarbussynova of Kazakhstan was appointed OSCE Project Co-ordinator in Ukraine.
