Organized by: Constitutional Court of Ukraine with the support of the President of Ukraine, OSCE Project Co-ordinator in Ukraine, European Commission for Democracy through Law (Venice Commission) and German Foundation for International Legal Co-operation
This international conference, which is dedicated to the 17th anniversary of the adoption of Ukraine’s Constitution, will bring together judges from constitutional courts from 18 countries, as well as from the European Court of Human Rights, state officials, experts, scholars and representatives of international organisations to exchange views on the protection of individual rights through constitutional justice.
