The OSCE Secretariat hosts an annual meeting on training and recruitment.

This meeting brings together training and recruitment partners, delegates of OSCE participating States and other relevant OSCE officials. It provides a platform for the exchange of best practice, challenges and new trends in training and recruitment.

Based on closer co-ordination between supply and demand in the recruitment process, the Training Section supports initiatives that enhance the Organization's capacity to respond quickly and effectively to current and future challenges in the OSCE area.
