The OSCE Mission to Skopje will host a regional border co-ordination meeting, which will be attended by various stakeholders involved in border-security issues, including the border police, international organizations, and bilateral agencies active in this field.
For several years, such co-ordination meetings have proven to be a useful forum for exchange and discussion about issues related to transnational threats, best practices in border security, cross-border co-operation and joint operations, as well as assessing the current security situation.
