OSCE Mission to Skopje supports seminar for police officers on disciplinary procedures and gender balance

The seminar organized by the OSCE Mission to Skopje in co-operation with the Ministry of Internal Affairs, aims at further harmonizing disciplinary procedure policy for police officials authorized to initiate such procedures, and provides an interactive discussion on gender balance policies.
This is part of the ongoing project: "Strengthening the Human Resources Management and Development Structure within the Ministry of Internal Affairs".
This seminar is a follow-up to the 2011 project implemented by the OSCE Mission to Skopje that resulted in the development of a unified practice in the form of a manual for disciplinary procedures.
