The OSCE Spillover Monitor Mission to Skopje is the Organization's longest-serving field mission, originally established in September 1992 to help prevent the tension and conflicts in the former socialist Republic of Yugoslavia from spreading.

Skopje Mission assists in best possible presidential and municipal elections

With the first round of the presidential and municipal elections on 22 March successfully concluded, the OSCE Spillover Monitor Mission to Skopje aims to ensure that the second round of voting on 5 April is equally as smooth.
