Establishing Mentoring Networks in the OSCE Region

The OSCE Secretariat's Gender Section is leading an initiative to establish mentoring networks in the OSCE region, together with a partner organization, KVINFO from Denmark. The initiative is aimed at empowering women in their careers and professional development. Since the OSCE Mission to Serbia already launched this initiative in 2012, the first training course on approaches to mentoring is being organized in Belgrade with the participation of representatives from OSCE field operations.
