This event is co-organized with the Vojvodina Centre for Human Rights during which a Manual on the Competencies of the National Minority Councils will be launched. The Manual covers competencies of the NMCs in four areas of their responsibilities; minority education, use of language, culture and informing in minority language. The Manual shall be presented to the representatives of the NMCs, minority cultural association and local stake holders.
