Universities from OSCE participating States were invited to join the competition during the 2016 Autumn Term. The three top teams from Canada, Slovenia and Sweden were short-listed to present their campaigns live to a jury of OSCE senior officials and ambassadors of OSCE participating States during the 23rd OSCE Ministerial Council in Hamburg. The first prize winner was a team from the University of Ljubljana, Slovenia.
