This legal review analyses the draft Law on Diligence and Responsibility Online of the Republic of Austria. The analysis was commissioned by the Office of the OSCE Representative on Freedom of the Media and conducted by Prof Nikolaus Forgó, Professor of Law at the University of Vienna. The draft Law was analysed and compared with OSCE commitments and international standards on freedom of expression and media freedom.

This legal review analyses the recent amendments on the right of reply introduced in the Statute on Periodic Press and News Agencies of Slovakia (Zákon o periodickej tlači a agentúrnom spravodajstve), No. 167/2008 Z. z., as amended on 11 October 2018. The legal review was prepared by Dr. Andrey Rikhter, Senior Adviser, Office of the OSCE Representative on Freedom of the Media (Vienna), and Professor of Media Studies habilitated in Slovakia. The current amendments were submitted to the National Assembly of the Slovak Republic on 11 January 2019.
