Short-Term Observer E-Learning course

The course consists of four modules that cover all aspects of the work of short-term observers, including the OSCE commitments and other international standards related to elections, the principles and purpose of election observation, the structure of election observation missions, the day-to-day activities of the short-term observer and the Code of Conduct for observers.

TANDIS: Tolerance and Non-Discrimination Information System

TANDIS provides information on issues related to tolerance and non-discrimination throughout the OSCE region and gives access to the following: information received from the OSCE participating States, specialized institutions and other organizations; country pages providing information on country initiatives, legislation, national specialized bodies, statistics, and other information; thematic pages with information related to different key issues; international standards and instruments; information from intergovernmental organizations including country reports and annual reports.
