Permanent Council

VIENNA, 29 February 2000 - The High Representative for Bosnia and Herzegovina Wolfgang Petritsch will give an address to the Permanent Council of the OSCE on Thursday, 2 March 2000. Media representatives are invited to be present during the speech, which will begin at 10:00. Those interested should accredit themselves outside the Neuer Saal in the Hofburg no later than 9:45 a.m.

For accreditation, please bring your OSCE press badge. Parking is available for press on Thursday from 9:00 - 11:30 in the OSCE-reserved parking area for those with clearly marked "Presse" signs.
