President of Kazakhstan to address OSCE Permanent Council in Vienna
VIENNA, 23 February 2000 - The President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev will give an address to the Permanent Council of the OSCE on Thursday, 24 February. Media representatives are invited to be present during the President's speech, which will begin at 10:15. Those interested should accredit themselves outside the Neuer Saal in the Hofburg no later than 9:45.
For accreditation, please either bring your OSCE press badge, or the accreditation card issued by the Austrian Federal Press Service for the purpose of this visit. Parking is available for press on Thursday from 9:00 - 12:00 in the OSCE-reserved parking area for those with clearly marked "Presse" signs.
