Foreign Minister of Kyrgyzstan to address OSCE Permanent Council in Vienna
VIENNA, 20 March 2000 - The Foreign Minister of Kyrgyzstan Muratbek Imanaliew will give an address to the Permanent Council of the OSCE on Thursday, 23 March 2000. Media representatives are invited to be present during the speech, which will begin at 11:30. Those interested should accredit themselves outside the Redoutensaal (entrance Josefsplatz!) in the Hofburg no later than 11:00.
For accreditation, please bring your OSCE press badge. Parking is available for press on Thursday from 9:00 - 14:00 in the OSCE-reserved parking area for those with clearly marked "Presse" signs.
Please note that the sessions of the Permanent Council are taking place in the Redoutensaal during the period 3 March - 31 August while the Neuer Saal is being renovated.
